| I really like this song (the first one "Hua Ten Cou"):

(Even though I've no idea what he's singing. I'm sure it's
romantic or something to that effect. Strangely...it makes me
smile... And I know hearing a translation MAY disturb my pleasant
impression of it... so ignorance is fine.)
How's the weather there right now??...

| Dude... Can any of you, Natalie or Tina, confirm for me whether that's
HIM? Go here, and look smack dab at the yellow banner. It
looks like 'him'. Funny huh? If it's NOT him, then
nevermind. haha...

| Some random pics here...that could just sit in my camera...or be posted on here...?

A few days before my b-day, I find this in my room... (the card and
jewelry are sentimental, considering our previous conversations) ;)

Surprised again, tonight, with cupcakes from this famous "Sprinkles" place in Beverly Hills. This girl!

Dim lighting hides wrinkles... ;}

Umm... the "Oscar party" P and I went to... --btw, I touched a real Oscar...! The pics of us are in P's camera...

Helen's "not for my birthday" birthday dinner. I snuck and got
the guy to bring her something. She wanted to eat at
Outback. That's Annaloes, Helen's roommate, who is a PhD visiting
student from Holland.

Central Library - Los Angeles Public Library

It may be bigger than Seattle's Central library?...not sure.

Loved this room... (well, that's the ceiling...)
Edison Chen... umm... hmm... yum... tee hee...
Okay, I'm up way later than I should be... esp. when I gotta wake up early tomorrow. G'nite y'allz.

| Some random pics, taken as of late. I like to end things with a
bang, so the final picture is the most controversial, and INVITES
COMMENTS:

Vietnamese Tet (New Year) Festival in Garden Grove.

One of the many food booths. The Vietnamese cuisine has a really
good soup consisting of crab and bamboo. -- I felt really bad for the
booth...but we all figured (or hoped) that no one would notice, so it
wouldn't be too bad...? (Oh, and that's Pauline's half-brother, Phil.)

So i was trying to take one of those candid, secret camera pics...NOT
wanting mySELF in it...And look what I end up with... The three laughed
at me after seeing this. That person without a face is Helen.

So Pauline dragged me out of our apartment to take some pictures of us
posed in our new "THINK" shirts. We tried so many frikken
poses. She ended up submitting this to John for the web site and
booth at the Tet festival. I'm so bad at this. Helen said I
look like i'm meditating. The truth is, I sat there, and Pauline
said, "look slightly down at the grass", so I did, and here's the pic.
(btw, that shirt's designed by Pauline.) You think this looks
unnatural? Good lord, there are others far worse...

Okay...how do I-- Just LOOK. I just...I...but...how...--NO we did NOT eat here. *sigh*.
That's it.

| Oh, hey... superbowl's coming up (like you DIDN'T KNOW) and i have two
options to go to (if i let myself get away from my studies) and i
wanted to ask:
What are some football phrases i can say or ask to show i know something?
Or what's a move/call that can elicit a response from me like: "oh man!!!" or "that ain't right!"
Even one all-encompassing phrase, like, "he threw the ball too soon" ???? eh????
I dunno what the hell I'm talking about. Which is clearly the reason for this posting.
In the meantime, HAPPY CHINESE & VIETNAMESE NEW YEAR! :D
Hook me up wid da lingo, Kiyoshi!
